Divisions: Based on your age as of day of the pageant.
Contestants must be a natural born female to compete as a female and natural born male to compete as a male.
Contestant understands that by accepting a title, she/he is agreeing and making the commitment to attend next year at the All-Star Charm International Pageant to give a farewell walk and crown their successor.
Contestant understands the cost associated with pageantry and assumes the responsibility for all payment of fees, and will adhere to all deadlines for payment and paperwork deadlines as designated by All-Star Charm International Pageant.
ALL FEES are non-refundable, non-transferable under any circumstances, this includes, but not limited to withdrawing prior to the pageant event, failing to attend pageant, leaving during the event, disqualification during the pageant, and other circumstances at the discretion of the pageant director.
A NSF or ISF fee of $60 will be applied to all returned/bounced checks received and must be settled within five (5) days or the contestant will become ineligible to compete at the pageant.
Any contestant and/or family member or guest showing less than sportsman-like behavior, drama, and/or bullying will lead to the disqualification and removal of the contestant from the pageant. No refund will be given under these circumstances.
Contestants and/or family members agree not to slander All-Star Charm International Pageant, its directors, titleholders, judges, volunteers, pageant partners, sponsors, or anyone else affiliated with the pageant.
Contestants and/or family or guests may not approach the judges at any time before, during, or after the pageant.
Contestants and their parent(s)/guardian gives permissions for photos, videos, and audio to be used for promotional and marketing purposes of the All-Star Charm International Pageant and its titleholders in all forms of media.

All-Star Charm International Pageant is not responsible for any prizes forfeited by sponsors.

All prizes, awards, gifts, and scholarships are subject to change without notice by the All-Star Charm International Pageant.
Contestant understands that All-Star Charm International Pageant reserves the right to change the dates, location, and competition details of the pageant at its discretion.
Participation in the pageant indicates that you and your parent/guardian (if under 18) agree to the rules and regulations and the Contestant-Parent Agreement & Title Guidelines of All-Star Charm International Pageant.
The judges are judging the OVERALL appearance of the participant and not her ability to model in an exaggerated way. As this is not a high fashion modeling competition, but a pageant for all. The participant should only need to know how to stand attractively, walk gracefully to each “X” (stopping point) and then exit the stage at the conclusion of his/her modeling presentation.
All-Star Charm International Pageant is searching for a natural contestant to represent the pageant. The contestant should be charming and personable; well groomed and poised; self confident; and above all have the character, humility and inner beauty that sets him/her apart as a leader.
The use of cosmetics when on stage is allowed in all age divisions; however, makeup MUST be appropriate for the contestant’s age group.
This is a formal attire pageant.

HOLD HARMLESS CLAUSE: Participants and parents must agree to hold All-Star Charm International Pageant and its directors harmless of any damages or liabilities due to theft, accident or injury during or resulting from participation in the pageant
If a pageant is rescheduled due to an act of God, issues related to pandemics, or regulations set forth by governing authorities and a contestant cannot compete in the pageant on the new pageant date, the payments will be transferred into the next pageant season. If the contestant cannot attend that event, then his/her payments will be forfeited. All monies received are non-transferable to another account. If a contestant has a sponsor who has paid fees and the contestant does not compete at the pageant in which those fees were intended, the contestant is responsible for paying back the sponsor for the entire sponsorship amount. Keep in mind that a sponsor has the right to seek legal assistance to regain the sponsorship funds from the contestant.
No one may use, including queens and directors, whether in partial or full, All-Star Charm International's name, logo, verbiage, slogans, exact sash titles, promotional material images or similarities of the aforementioned items as it is in violation of its trademark and/or copyrights. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law at the violator's expense.
INFORMATION ASSOCIATED WITH OUR SYSTEM MAY BE CHANGED AT ANY TIME AT OUR DISCRETION. UPON COMPLETING AN APPLICATION, IT BECOMES A WRITTEN AND LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT A CONTESTANT OR PARENT/GUARDIAN REPRESENTING A MINOR CONTESTANT AGREES TO AND WILL ABIDE BY ALL ELIGIBILITY & REGULATIONS, CURRENT AND FORTHCOMING.
